The Chambre Syndicale de l’Assistance en Escale shares an encouraging indicator: in the first quarter of 2025, commercial air traffic in France rose by 4.6% compared with the same period in 2024, even crossing the pre-Covid level (+0.7% compared with the first quarter of 2019).
For its part, the ADP Group revealed that in April 2025 it had recorded 7.6% growth in passenger traffic compared with April 2024, reaching 30.6 million passengers across its entire network. This figure confirms the strength of the recovery and the renewed attractiveness of the airport hubs.
This increase was driven by a clear upturn in international traffic, particularly with Europe and North Africa, and is part of a generally buoyant context for the industry.
This increase is reassuring for the airline sector. Indeed, the trend in the 1st quarter generally reflects the sector’s annual momentum.
For CSAE, this positive signal rewards the efforts of all those involved, both in the air and on the ground, to achieve operational excellence and a sustainable and responsible approach to our activities.
The course has been set, let’s remain collectively committed to following it.
