Since 12 January 2026, Groupe ADP has been offering employees at Paris-Charles de Gaulle Airport the chance to trial an on-demand shuttle service free of charge. This full-scale trial aims to assess the contribution of new mobility solutions to daily travel within the airport complex.

A new way to get around

Free and accessible via a mobile app, CDG Flex offers a new way to get around Paris-Charles de Gaulle Airport.

In just a few clicks, book a journey and the app will arrange for a shared shuttle to pick you up, along with other professionals travelling to a similar or nearby destination.

A simple and smart system designed to streamline travel on a site where long distances and wide working hours often make it difficult for staff to get around.

Encouraging initial results

Just over two months after its launch, CDG Flex has reached a first symbolic milestone, with 100 journeys completed in a single day.

User feedback has also been very positive, with an average rating of 4.9 out of 5, with users particularly praising the quality of service and the availability of drivers.

In response to this encouraging reception, the scheme extended its opening hours at the start of March, operating continuously from 6.30 am to 8 pm, in order to better meet employees’ needs.

Don’t wait – try CDG Flex

The CSAE welcomes this initiative and encourages all ground handling staff at Paris-Charles de Gaulle Airport to play an active part in this trial.

The more users there are, the better the feedback will be. In a demanding airport environment, improving staff mobility – and therefore their working conditions – is a shared priority.
